#LGNeoChef cooks to perfection!!

Ingredients (serves 2 | makes 2 serves)

  • 500g rump steak, cubed
  • 1/4 cup plain flour
  • 1 brown onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbs tomato puree
  • 200ml beef stock
  • 60ml red wine, or I use extra beef stock
  • 50g sliced mushrooms - I add way more!
  • 150ml sour cream (add more if you add more dry ingredients)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Place steak, flour and all other ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Cover with lid, or plastic wrap
  2. Place food in the oven. Choose the menu and weight, press start to cook to perfection! In a NeoChef it is Casserole 1-4
  3. After cooking, stand covered for three minutes, then serve with rice, veg, pasta, whatever!!

Notes

  • Thanks for the recipe. I’m guessing the cut of meat is important for tender steak. Will stick to the rump.
