Ingredients (makes 1 serve per person)

  • Gummy Shark - fresh if you can get it
  • corn flour to dust the fish in
  • vegetable oil to fry the fish
  • Tatziki Dip:
  • 1 cup Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 small lebanese cucumber, diced finely, seeds removed
  • Sprig of mint and oregano, chop finely
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic

Method

  1. Dust the Flake in the cornflour, heat oil and cook on medium heat until fish turns white. Do not overcook, as the heat will continue to cook the shark
  2. Mix all Tatziki Dip ingredients and serve with flake

Notes

I am a grazer, so for me this is a perfect dish for lunch. Followed by a piece of fruit. Locally caught Shark, and herbs and cucumber from my garden add to the joy of eating fresh food

  • Oh my goodness, I would never be able to eat shark or any other fish even when you would offer me $1000. I get nauseous at the thought about it.
