Ingredients

  • 120g Butter
  • 1 packet (250g) Malt biscuits crushed
  • 1/2 tin (200g) Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1packet (190g) Eskimos lollies or marshmellows
  • Dessicated coconut

Method

  1. Warm butter and condensed milk in microwave
  2. Cut up Eskimos lollies in half. I use mashmellows cause can't find Eskimos lollies Cut marshmallows in half
  3. Mix butter, condensed milk, crushed malt biscuits and marshmallows together
  4. Form a log shape. Once formed roll in coconut.
  5. Chill in fridge for 4 hours. When set cut into slices and serve
  6. Place some had wrap over the top of huge look cake to keep it moist in the fridge

  • I just looked online for Eskimo lollies, apparently they are a NZ treat. Other similar lollies would work well too then. Maybe even Clinkers.

  • I have no idea what Eskimo lollies are, when I saw the pic I thought it would have been clinkers!
    Sounds yummy though, especially with that condensed milk.
