Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 90 g (3 1⁄4 oz/2 cups) baby spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 185 g (6 1⁄2 oz/1 cup) chopped mango
  • 250 ml (9 fl oz/1 cup) vanilla almond milk or soy milk

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  • Easy recipe to throw into a blender, would be nice with coconut milk too.

  • Should have found this recipe before I threw out the box of spinach we had grown that my husband found he was unable to eat.

  • I do make a yummy version of this. However, I use frozen yoghurt and skim milk. Love it. It’s my fave smoothie.
