This is my husbands favourite, I have adapted it a little and used yoghurt instead of cream to make it a little lighter.
Ingredients (serves 6)
- 3 Cups Milk
- 3 Tbs Milo
- 2 Tbs Cocoa
- 3 tbs Custard powder
- 1/2 cup Milk extra
- 1 Cup Natural yoghurt
- 1Pkt chocolate ripple biscuits
- Mix custard powder and 1/2 cup of milk in a small bowl and set aside
- In a saucepan add milk, milo and cocoa powder, warm slowly and stir constantly with a wooden spoon, gradually add in custard mix.
- lay chocolate ripple biscuits on the base of a slice tray, When custard has thickened and cooled a little, fold in natural yogurt and pour over biscuit base. Set aside to cool completely before covering with glad wrap and refrigerating overnight
