Easy presentation of fruit that looks good.


Ingredients (serves 1)

  • Assorted fruit
  • Toothpicks

Method

  1. Cut fruit into bite sized pieces if required.
  2. Thread fruit onto a toothpick.
  3. Pack into lunch box.

Notes... Great for using up little bits of leftover melon, grapes, strawberries, etc.

  • In theory this is good, but I worry about my kids and what they can do with sharp things!

  • Yep, already been doing these for lunch boxes. Funny how you can serve something one way, kids won’t touch it. Jazz it up a little, like these kebabs, and they can’t get enough
