A great way of transforming plain steak into something special.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 400 grams Porterhouse steak cubed
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp dried coriander
- 2 Tbsp cumin
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander
- Cut porterhouse steak into cubes.
- Combine lemon juice, olive oil, dried coriander, cumin, garlic, chilli, cinnamon and fresh coriander.
- Coat steak cube and grill. Serve with a salad or vegetables of choice.
