Simple healthy and gluten free. You can roll them up and fill with Nutella, yoghurt, peanut butter or fruit.
Ingredients (serves 2 | makes 4-6 pancakes)
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- coconut oil
Method
- Mash the banana until smooth.
- Mix with eggs.
- Heat the frying pan with a bit of coconut oil then place some mixture in then wait a minute then flip over to cook other side.
