These bliss balls are easy to make and are nut free!

Ingredients (makes 25 -30)

  • 1 cup Pitted Dates
  • 1 cup Dried apricots
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut cream
  • 2 tsp Cocoa
  • Coconut for rolling balls

Method

  1. Optional step: Roughly chop the dates and apricots to make them easier to process in your blender, if required.
  2. Add the ingredients to your blender or food processor. Pulse or process, until it all comes together. Roll into balls and toss in the coconut.

Notes

If you find the mixture isn't coming together add another 1/2 - 1 Tbsp of coconut milk.

  • Yum u think I even have all the ingredients. Do you think coconut oil would work too? It’d save me opening a can of coconut cream (but that’s the stingy side of me:P)

  • These sound wonderful I really like the idea of using a food processor as it would totally disguise the dates and apricots for kids as well as making the balls beautifully textured.
