Great for breakfast or for an after school/work snack.


Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 Banana
  • 4 Strawberries
  • 200 mls Low fat milk
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Almond meal

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and mix well, add ice for a chilled smoothie.
