A simple garlicky, olive spread/dip you can make in no time at all.


Ingredients (serves 14)

  • 750g Whole pitted Kalamata olives
  • 5 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Cloves garlic, crushed

Method

  1. Place olives and garlic in food processor.
  2. Blend both ingredients in food processor, while slowly adding the oil.
  3. Serve on crusty bread and enjoy

  • Wish I saw this before the weekend! Oh well maybe a midweek snack with a movie! Sounds great and an easy one for when people come over :) I’m wondering if it would be too much to serve with my kalamata bread, might have it with sourdough instead
