Ingredients (serves 2)
- 1 Large red apple
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Ginger
- 1/8 tsp Ground cardamon
- Pinch of ground cloves
- Preheat oven to 110 degrees. Line a tray with baking paper.
- Core the apple and slice thinly. Combine the spices together in a plastic bag. Add the apple and toss gently to coat.
- Lay the apple on the baking tray and cook for approximately 60-90 minutes. Cooking time will depend upon the thickness of your slices. I usually start checking from about 50 minutes.
