A great healthy breakfast for on the go, with so many flavour combinations
Ingredients (makes 5 individual jars worth)
- 1 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1 Cup Tropical Juice (or juice of your choice)
- 1 Cup Greek Yoghurt
- 1/2 to 3?4 cup Chopped dried apricots
- Vanilla bean paste
- Grated apple (optional)
- Raspberries (optional)
- Pepitas (Optional)
- coconut (Optional)
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Divide into individual glass jars, and leave in fridge overnight to thicken.
- Serve! Easy!
