A great healthy breakfast for on the go, with so many flavour combinations


Ingredients (makes 5 individual jars worth)

  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 Cup Tropical Juice (or juice of your choice)
  • 1 Cup Greek Yoghurt
  • 1/2 to 3?4 cup Chopped dried apricots
  • Cinnamon
  • Vanilla bean paste
  • Blueberries
  • Grated apple (optional)
  • Raspberries (optional)
  • Pepitas (Optional)
  • coconut (Optional)

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Divide into individual glass jars, and leave in fridge overnight to thicken.
  3. Serve! Easy!

Notes... As long as you keep the 1,1,1 ratio base of yoghurt, juice & oats, you can add many different seeds, nuts or fruits to this to suit your tastes! This keeps in the fridge for 5 days. I use old jam jars to make mine in
