Ingredients (makes 1 )

  • 1 cup Passionfruit
  • 1 cup Sugar

Method

  1. Boil for 5 mins, place in small jars and seal when cold

  • I’ve tried to keep passionfruit by freezing the pulp, but it hasn’t worked all that well. Look forward to trying this method of keeping it.
