By putting the eggs in to the hot saucepan whole it maes the world of difference
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 4 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Knob of butter
- 2 Slices of toast
Method
- Making creamy scrabbled eggs is all in the technique, heat your saucepan and melt the know of butter then break your eggs into the sauspan.
- Add your milk and seasoning then with a metal spoon begin scrambling your eggs, scraping from the bottom
- Serve with your toast & enjoy!
