By putting the eggs in to the hot saucepan whole it maes the world of difference


Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 Salt and pepper
  • 1 Knob of butter
  • 2 Slices of toast

Method

  1. Making creamy scrabbled eggs is all in the technique, heat your saucepan and melt the know of butter then break your eggs into the sauspan.
  2. Add your milk and seasoning then with a metal spoon begin scrambling your eggs, scraping from the bottom
  3. Serve with your toast & enjoy!

Notes

A firm family fave in our home, nothing like soft scrambled eggs!

  • Thanks for sharing i find too with my scrambled eggs if you leae them to set a bit and try not to scrap them too much you get abtter formed eggs which you can cut and they not go every wher eplus if you takem them off just before they are fully cookeed the eggs that are cooked will heat the rest up to perfect and that way you will not get the watery bit in the eggs that you think is not cooked when actually if your eggs go watery its because they are over cooked just thought i would share my tips with this recipe cause its awesome and has great tips already
