Serve hot with chili sauce.


Ingredients (makes 8 Dumpling)

  • 100 gr Wheat flour
  • 50 gr Tapioca flour
  • 150 ml Hot water
  • 1 packet Pork floss

Method

  1. Combine wheat flour and tapioca flour in a big bowl. Stir in the hot water slowly and stir until turned into soft dough.
  2. Knead the dough until smooth. Divide dough into 8 dough balls and cover with damp cloth.
  3. Roll each into flat round pastry skin and place in the filling. Place them into the steamer tray. Then steam for 10 minutes and serve hot.
