Quick and easy. Just another way to enjoy delicious Cauliflower !
Ingredients (serves 6)
- 1/2 med Cauliflower
- 1/2 cup (approx) Parsley , chopped fine
- 1/4 cup White Balsamic vinegar
- Cook Cauliflower florets in salted water with a dash of vinegar until just tender
- Drain and cool
- Toss with parsley and vinegar ... Serve !
