Quick and easy. Just another way to enjoy delicious Cauliflower !

Ingredients (serves 6)

  • 1/2 med Cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup (approx) Parsley , chopped fine
  • 1/4 cup White Balsamic vinegar
  • salt


  1. Cook Cauliflower florets in salted water with a dash of vinegar until just tender
  2. Drain and cool
  3. Toss with parsley and vinegar ... Serve !

Notes... Not so much a recipe as an idea ! A different salad to have with a BBQ or cold meat
