This is an easy hotdog to make which will get fussy eaters coming back for more.
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 2 frankfurters
- 2 hot dog buns
- 1 avocado, mashed
- 2 tablespoons aioli
- 4 cherry tomatoes, diced
- 1 handful grated cheese
- 1 handful coriander
- Cook frankfurters according to instructions.
- Split buns and toast under the griller for 30 sec or until slightly crispy on the edges.
- Spread buns with aioli and avocado mash. Cover with the frankfurter and top with grated cheese, tomatoes and coriander.
