I quite like the dried cranberries as it adds a chewy element, the cream added to the yogurt makes for a creamier dessert and the fruit is a nice garnish.

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • handful dried cranberries
  • 1 strawberry diced small
  • 1/2 kiwifruit diced small
  • 1/4 cup thickened cream
  • 1/4 cup yogurt

  1. Mix the cream and yogurt, add the dried and fresh fruit to the top to Garnish and your finished.

Notes... I like this recipe as its easy to make and healthy for you and your family.

  • All ingredients excluding the thickened cream would suit me. Thanks
