A quick and easy snack of healthy vegetables and spices!
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1/2 cup cauliflower
- 1/2 cup sweet potatoe
- 2 leaves kale
- 1/2 onion
- 1 tsp tumeric
- 1 tsp cumin
- to taste black pepper
- dash apple cider vinegar
- Chop and fry onion with spices in olive oil.
- Soften sweet potato and cauliflower (in microwave or pan if preferred).
- Add softened vegetables and kale to the spices and onion.
- Add a dash of apple cider vinegar.
