These scruffy eggs make an easy snack or brunch, you can add cheese or onion.


Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 Rashers of bacon
  • 1 Mushroom
  • 1/2 Cup of milk

Method

  1. Dice bacon and mushrooms and frypan until brown.
  2. Combine milk and eggs.
  3. Put egg mix in frypan with bacon, stir until combined. A few minutes and it's ready!
