This recipe has been slightly modified from the Philips Pasta and Noodle Maker cook book.
The Curry Noodles ARE AMAZING … Such a yummy dish!


Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 250g Plain Flour
  • 90g Water
  • 5g Curry Powder
  • 250g Firm White Fish FIllets, cubed
  • 250g Raw Prawns
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 3 tsp Minced Ginger
  • 100g Carrots, thinly sliced
  • 100g Shredded Cabbage
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 4 Shallots, thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch Bok Choy
  • 1 Zucchini - thinly sliced

Method

  1. Make Noodles: Set up the Philips Pasta and Noodle maker with the Spaghetti disk. Make Noodles by adding 250g flour to the container and press start. Mix water with curry powder and pour into machine. Cut to the appropriate length and cook in a pot until tender, rinse with water and set aside.
  2. Heat some oil in a wok and fry fish and prawns until cooked. Set aside
  3. Heat more oil in the wok, add ginger, garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add carrot, zucchini, bok choy and cabbage - Stir until tender.
  4. Combine cooked noodles, soy sauce and half the shallots - Heat through then add fish and prawns combining until hot.
  5. Serve with remaining shallots.
