A simple yet Delicious lunch snack for a busy mum on the run
Ingredients (serves 1 | makes 1 bowl )
- 1 Orange
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- Sprinkle Pepper
- 1 packet Bagel crisps
- Drizzle Olive oil
- Peel orange then cut into pieces
- Drizzle olive oil over top then pepper and salt.
- Mix altogether and you can eat this with Bagel crisps or with some Pasta Dura bread and soak up the orange juice in the bread . Simple but delicious if you are on the run and have a busy day.
