Quick and easy, great for the kids to make.
Ingredients (makes 16 Scones)
- 2 cups Self Raising Flour
- Pinch of salt
- 2-3 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Milk
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Sift together flour and salt.
- Rub in butter.
- Add enough milk to make a dough.
- Cut into scones with a round cutter.
- Bake for 10-13 minutes.
