Believe me these flavours go really well together its superb and the pumpkim comes out with heaps of delicious flavour and they are melt in your mouth.
Ingredients (serves 6)
- 1/2 kent pumpkin cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- salt ( to taste)
- 2 large potatoes cut in half
- 1/2 cup pork lard
- Place all the ingredients in a large ceramic tray and coat everything well, cook this at 230 degrees c. Until pumpin gets a little charred at least and hour.
