Ingredients (serves 6)
- 1 kg beef casserole
- 4 carrots
- 4 sticks celery
- 3 parsnips
- 2 swedes
- 4 shallots
- 2 onions
- 1/2 bunch parsely
- 2 litres beef stock liquid
- pinch salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Trim the fat off the beef and cut into pieces. Cut up all the veggies (You can add what veggies you like or leave out what you don't like)
- Put all ingredients into the Philips All-In-One Cooker and mix it around. Add the liquid beef stock you can add a cup of water if you need to.
- Cook on SLOW COOK LOW TEMP for 9 hours.
