Ingredients (serves 6)

  • 1 kg beef casserole
  • 4 carrots
  • 4 sticks celery
  • 3 parsnips
  • 2 swedes
  • 4 shallots
  • 2 onions
  • 1/2 bunch parsely
  • 2 litres beef stock liquid
  • pinch salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Trim the fat off the beef and cut into pieces. Cut up all the veggies (You can add what veggies you like or leave out what you don't like)
  2. Put all ingredients into the Philips All-In-One Cooker and mix it around. Add the liquid beef stock you can add a cup of water if you need to.
  3. Cook on SLOW COOK LOW TEMP for 9 hours.

  • can always thicken it with a little cornflour if you don’t like it as runny, and yes ive added potatoes before too


    • Potatoes sound good in this soup too! I tend to add whatever vegies are left in the fridge into my soups! ;)

  • i think that i would also add some potatoes- maybe some bacon lol but i love these ingredients in a lot of things.
