These beef wraps are a quick, easy and family friendly dinner.


Ingredients (serves 6)

  • 1 kg chuck steak
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Method

  1. Place chuck steak, chicken stock, chilli, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper in the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  2. Take meat out of the slow cooker, place in a bowl and shred with two forks.
  3. Serve the shredded beef in wraps with your cheese, your favourite salad and natural yoghurt/sour cream.

  • Yummy. the slow cooker is awesome to use when you are working all day.
