A healthy and quick breakfast for the kids and you.


Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 piece of toast
  • 1/2 small avocado
  • 1 soft boiled egg

Method

  1. Cook your toast to your liking.
  2. Spread with half the avocado and mash down with a fork.
  3. Top with the halved egg.

Notes... Sprinkle with lemon pepper for an added zing.
