Fried rice is a great snack or can be served as a side with dinner.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 cup ham, diced
- 1/2 cup shallots
- 3 cups Boiled rice
- 3 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Peanut oil
- 1/4 onion diced
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add the onion and stir until they soft, then stir in shallots.
- Add the boiled rice with the soy sauce and stir for 1 minute.
- The add the rest of the ingredients to the rice mixture and stir for about 3 minutes or until ready to serve.
- Best served with dim sim, spring rolls or a favourite Chinese dish.
