It somwthing light its definantly a keto friendly dessert and if you can make sure you buy really sweet strawberries it makes the dish taste better.


Ingredients (serves 1)

  • pinch dry or fresh basil
  • 1 tsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp peanut oil
  • 7 strawberries finley sliced
  • 1 tbsp toasted qinoa
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Method

  1. Finely slice strawberries and decorate a small cup placing the bulk of strawberries in the centre in a mortar and pessel put the sunflower seeds and chia seeds then place on top of the bulk of strawberries then finally add oil and basil and qinoa then serve.

Notes

This is a keto friendly dessert the reason its a single serve is becuase you cant have much carbohydrates.

  • This is something unique I’d love to try. Strawberries with rice are amazing, so I expect this dish to be very delicious too!!
