These cute Strawberry Santa hats are fun and easy to make.

  • Strawberries
  • White chocolate melts, melted
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Coconut

Method

  1. Remove the stalk of the strawberry to make a flat bottom for them to stand on. Cut the marshmallows in half.
  2. Dip the flat bottom of the strawberry into the melted white chocolate, then into the coconut. Place on prepare tray or baking paper. Continue dipping the strawberries.
  3. Dip the cut sides of the marshmallow halves into the melted chocolate and stick to the top of the strawberry. Refrigerate if required to set.

Notes

Best eaten on the day they are made.

  • We love making these but usually use cream instead of marshmallows, will have to try this way this year

  • They look very cute ! I would only make them when I can make them a bit more healthy. White raw chocolate is quite easy to make and also homemade marshmallows. Quite a bit of work though to make it all yourself.
