Ingredients (serves 2)
- 1 punnet Strawberries
- 1 Banana frozen, also sliced Banana
- 250 mls Chilled Almond Milk
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- tiny piece finely grated fresh Ginger
- Place 6 strawberries, chopped frozen banana, chilled almond milk, honey and ginger into blender.
- Blend on high until all ingredients are mixed through.
- Place mixture in bowl, add sliced banana, sliced strawberries and muesli. Decorate serving board with passionfruit and nuts.
