Whether it’s on baked apple with yoghurt, a bowl of ice-cream, creamy porridge or fried bananas with whipped cream! This recipe is versatile, yummy and has some very beneficial ingredients.
Ingredients (serves 8)
- 1/2 cup wholegrain flour
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maca powder
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 60 g chilled butter
- Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add cubed chilled butter & rub together until roughly combined, like a handful of dirt.
- Spread on lined baking tray and bake for 30 minutes on 180 C turning half way through.
