I love these chips, the kids are luckly if any make it to their lunchboxes!


Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1 Large sweet potato
  • Olive oil

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Slice the sweet potato thinly. Coat in olive and lay in single layers on a baking tray.
  3. Cook for approximately 30-45 minutes, until nice and crunchy, turning once.

  • I make these, however i do them in the kmart airfryer. They are a huge hit. And take 5 minutes !
    I also use white potatos to make some. I add differents spices/seasonings.
    A healthier option and quick and easy to make
