A quick and easy recipe for sweet potato lovers.
Ingredients (makes 4 Pieces)
- 1 packet Filo pastry
- 2 Sweet potatoes
- 1/4 cup Corn
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Steam veggies separately. Mash the sweet potato
- Using 2 pastry sheets for each roll, place some of the sweet potato along the shorter edge and then top with corn Roll it up also folding the sides in.
- Lightly glaze with butter. Cook for about 15 minutes or until golden brown on 200 degrees then cut each one to make slices.
