Bite sized Tim Tam Cheesecake?! Yes please!

Ingredients (makes 32 bites)

  • 1 packet Tim Tams - your choice of flavour
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • Melted chocolate to coat

Method

  1. Crush Tim Tams in a food processor until completely crushed
  2. Thoroughly stir in cream cheese until completely combined
  3. Line a slice tray with baking paper and then using a rolling pin roll the mixture into the tray until it is around 1cm thick all over
  4. Place into freezer for half an hour to harden
  5. Cut into bite sized pieces and coat in the melted chocolate
  6. Allow to set, and if you wish, pipe some contrasting melted chocolate on top

Notes

These are similar to the Tim Tam balls I have previously uploaded, but no where near as sweet, and with a cheesecake consistency and taste. You can use any flavour Tim Tam you want to. Mint and Original are the most popular that I have made. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days
