P.s you can add as much or as little of the straqberries and coconit as you like i think it works well but its great on it own.


Ingredients (serves 6)

  • 500grms yogurt
  • 6 tsp chia seeds
  • 3 tsp vanilla essence
  • 300ml thickened cream

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and leave in the fridge overnight. serve with strawberries and desiccated coconut.
