Easy low sugar recipe for ice cream lovers
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 300 mls Double cream
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 1 Teaspoon natural vanilla extract
- Place all ingredients into a medium sized bowl.
- Beat with an electric mixer on low speed until all ingredients are combined, and the texture resembles whipped cream.
- Place into an airtight container, place in freezer, check after half an hour to 45 mins to see if the ice cream is your preferred consistency. Time in freezer will depend on your preference and how cold your freezer is.
