Ingredients (serves 4)
- 2 stalks Celery cut small
- 2 Carrots cut small
- 1 Onion diced
- 1 medium Potato diced
- 1 roll Egg noodles
- 1 litre Chicken stock
- Cut all the vegetables to the same size
- Ina pot bring the chicken stock to the boil
- Add all the vegetables and cook on medium heat until cooked through.
- Turn off the heat and break the noodles l. Place the noodles in the pot and mix.
- Cover with lid and serve in 10 minutes when the noodles are cooked.
- Serve with lemon
