Ingredients (serves 4 | makes 4 Vol-au-vents turkey )
- 1 Ingham Turkey Thigh Roast
- 4 Vol-au-vents
- Preheat fan forced oven to 160c & follow cooking instructions for Ingham Turkey Thigh Roast
- When roast is cooked remove from oven and rest. Bake Vol-au-vents till crispy and golden.
- Slice roast and place each slice into each Vol-au-vent and spoon over the juices from the roast. Serve with side salad or baked veggies Serves 4 people
