I created it to make a baked dinner interesting and different


Ingredients (serves 4 | makes 4 Vol-au-vents turkey )

  • 1 Ingham Turkey Thigh Roast
  • 4 Vol-au-vents

Method

  1. Preheat fan forced oven to 160c & follow cooking instructions for Ingham Turkey Thigh Roast
  2. When roast is cooked remove from oven and rest. Bake Vol-au-vents till crispy and golden.
  3. Slice roast and place each slice into each Vol-au-vent and spoon over the juices from the roast. Serve with side salad or baked veggies Serves 4 people

  • I usually serve Vol-au-vents for party food, this puts a totally different spin on it – a great mid week alternative to the norm!
