  • It’s not hard to eat healthily, within a budget, and with good variety, even when you’re time poor or lacking in motivation. I regularly make a double batch of soups or casseroles, etc. and freeze them, so we’ve always got at least 2 choices in the freezer for tea. Saves a fortune of the cost of take-away food too.

  • Some fair points in there. It can be hard sometimes though to ignore social pressures and the constant advertising to do what we know is healthier and better for us. There are some good tips at the end there though. If you can make healthy convenient by pre chopping etc, then there is no excuse to eat unhealthy food because it’s more convenient.
