These white Christmas crackles are sure to be a hit with the kids!

Ingredients

  • 370 g white chocolate
  • 90 g cranberries
  • 150 g rice bubbles
  • 80 g pistachios

Method

  1. Chop chocolate, and place in a bowl over boiling water until melted. Remove from heat and set aside for 10 minutes. Stir until smooth.
  2. Chop cranberries and pistachios, and add to melted chocolate along with rice bubbles. Stir until combined.
  3. Line a 20 cm square tin with baking paper. Pour mixture in, place a sheet of baking paper on top and press until level. Refrigerate until set, and slice.
