These white Christmas crackles are sure to be a hit with the kids!
- 370 g white chocolate
- 90 g cranberries
- 150 g rice bubbles
- 80 g pistachios
- Chop chocolate, and place in a bowl over boiling water until melted. Remove from heat and set aside for 10 minutes. Stir until smooth.
- Chop cranberries and pistachios, and add to melted chocolate along with rice bubbles. Stir until combined.
- Line a 20 cm square tin with baking paper. Pour mixture in, place a sheet of baking paper on top and press until level. Refrigerate until set, and slice.
