Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 packet White Wings Cake in a Cup™ Double Chocolate mix
  • 2 tbsp (40ml) Milk
  • 1 tbsp Mini marshmallows
  • 1 tbsp White chocolate chips
  • 1 Scoop of ice cream
  • Chocolate sauce

Method

  1. Combine 1 White Wings Cake in a Cup™ sachet with 2 tablespoons of milk in a microwave-safe mug
  2. Stir vigorously for 30 seconds with a spoon until evenly blended and smooth
  3. Fold through 1 tablespoon of mini marshmallows and 1 tablespoon of white chocolate chips
  4. Microwave for 1 minute. Remove mug from microwave and let it stand before enjoying
  5. Sprinkle a few marshmallows on top and add a scoop of your favourite ice-cream
  6. Serving option: drizzle with chocolate sauce if desired
