  • Delicious thanks for sharing!

  • A great way to introduce different fruits to kids something different than banana or strawberry.

    • Yes very interesting ingredients to the usual smoothie, but I like it!

  • Pear sound delicious in a smoothie I have never tried it before but might give it a go

  • Ooh, I had never thought of this combination — or using pear in a smoothie. But this sounds delicious.

  • Sounds absolutely wonderful. Love the ingredients. Perfect for the whole family

  • Beautiful ingredients ! Make sure to soak the oats overnight. Certainly important for kids. It will make their starches break down, which improves digestibility and their natural phytic acid (which all plants contain) is greatly reduced that makes them more easily absorbed by your body.

  • Going to try this Thankyou

  • Thanks for the recipe – would you be able to edit to include all of the ingredients. Intrigued by the frozen cauliflower?

  • Is there ingredients missing from the list?? The recipe title is pear oat and cinnamon but I don’t see oats and cinnamon in the list

Interesting choice using cauliflower, it would certainly make this very healthy!

    • I was thinking the same thing..maybe they accidentally left out a few of the ingredients.

  • I love how there are cauliflower in this!!

  • Thank you for this one. Coming up to summer would be a great ice block for those times one is needed plus a smoothie at breakfast time or other.

    • I really do like the idea of freezing this made up recipe for popsicles.
