A great wholesome, lower GI variation to plain white pasta that tastes just as good!
Ingredients (makes 300 grams Pasta)
- 150g Oat flour
- 100g Plain flour
- 1 Egg + water to 100g total liquid
- Combine the oat flour and plain flour in a bowl and mix well. Pour into Philips Pasta and Noodle Maker bowl. Secure lid and set 1 cup function. Use the desired disc shape for your recipe.
- Meanwhile combine egg and water to a total of 100g of liquid and slowly pour into the machine. Once all the pasta has been extruded, cook for 4-5 minutes. Serve with your favourite pasta sauce.
