A winter warming casserole.


Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 500g Rump Steak, Diced
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 Potatoes
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 1 Cup Frozen Peas
  • 4 Cups Beef Stock
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcstershire Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 Cup Cornflour

Method

  1. Place beef, vegetables, stock and sauce in a casserole dish and cook at 180○ for 1 1/2 hours.
  2. Remove from oven and stir in cornflour until thick and serve on a bed of mash potato.
