Wrapped asparagus makes easy finger food to serve at your party.

  • FILO pastry
  • Melted butter
  • Asparagus

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Snap off the woody ends of the asparagus.
  2. Roll a sheet of FILO pastry and brush with butter. Cut into squares. Place an asparagus spear diagonally on the bottom corner on roll. Continue to do this until all the asparagus is used. Brush with more melted butter.
  3. Place on a lined tray on cook for 15-18 minutes until golden and crispy.

Notes

For extra taste add grated parmesan with the asparagus and sprinkle on the outside with the extra melted butter. Don't over cook or they will become very dry.
