  • Its interesting that you use honey as a sweetener and there is a vegetable in it, I think I like this, Thankyou!

  • Upon reading some of the comments, thinking of using less oil for this. Will give it ago as sound delish.

  • Is there a mistake in the amount of oil for this recipe?
Everything was going fine until I added the cup of coconut oil, it looked too much and I probably should have followed my instinct and used less but I preserved with the recipe exactly.

The muffins wouldn’t cook properly no matter how long I cooked them for. They are soggy in the middle and taste like oil.

What a sad waste of beautiful ingredients and my time. Sorry to be harsh but I’m really annoyed.

  • I followed the instructions to a tee and they came out a slimey, oily mess! Have tried cooking for double the recommended time but there isn’t enough dry ingredient for the muffins to set. Don’t waste your ingredients!

  • I don’t have rice bran or coconut oil in the house, but I will definitely get some to give these a try, they look yum and would be a great healthy treat for my boys AND myself.
